Request your data, or its deletion

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days. There is no fee. Both options are described below.

What happens next

  1. You submit the form on this page.
  2. We email you a verification link to confirm the request came from you, not someone impersonating you.
  3. You click the link. We start processing.
  4. Within 30 days, you receive your data export by email, or, for deletion requests, a confirmation that we have deleted your records.

What we hold

For most readers we hold only your email address (newsletter list) and any orders you placed. We do not run third-party analytics that build a profile of your behavior.
