Privacy Policy

The short version. BabyBlocks apps run on your iPhone or iPad. The data you put into them stays on your device. We do not run a cloud backend, we do not have an account system, and we do not collect personal information.

This policy covers every app in the BabyBlocks family, including BudgetBaby, PantryBaby, and any future modules.

1. Who we are

BabyBlocks is made by Intrigue MMC LLC, operating as Intriguing Insight. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What stays on your device

• App data. Budgets, pantry items, settings, and anything else you enter live in the standard iOS app sandbox on your device.
• iCloud sync (if you turn it on). If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your app data syncs through your private iCloud account between your own devices. We do not see or store this data. Apple's privacy terms apply.
• Preferences. Theme, notifications, and per-app settings live in iOS's standard preferences storage.

3. What does not happen

• No accounts, sign-up, or login.
• No telemetry, crash reporting, or product analytics.
• No advertising, ad identifiers, or third-party trackers.
• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• No training of AI models on your content by us.

4. Apple's role

BabyBlocks apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple processes your purchase, your receipt, and any optional iCloud sync. Apple's privacy terms cover those parts. See apple.com/legal/privacy.

5. In-app purchases

Some BabyBlocks apps offer auto-renewing Premium subscriptions through Apple StoreKit (BudgetBaby is $7.99 a month or $69.99 a year). Apple handles the transaction and the renewal. We see whether your subscription is entitled and use that to unlock features. We do not see your card details or your Apple ID.

6. App Sandbox

Each BabyBlocks app runs inside the standard iOS App Sandbox. It can only read and write its own files. It does not have access to other apps' data or to anything outside what you give it.

7. Your rights

Because BabyBlocks does not hold your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. To remove your data, delete the app from your device. If you turned on iCloud sync, you can also clear the data through your iCloud settings.

8. Children

BabyBlocks apps are general-purpose tools for everyday life. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and call out anything meaningful in the next app release notes. Older versions of BabyBlocks apps continue to behave exactly as their own release notes describe.
