Foundry runs at foundry-os.io, and that is where the canonical Terms of Service live. The live version is always the one that applies.
In short. Foundry is operated by Intrigue MMC LLC, operating as Intriguing Insight. The Free plan is forever free with reasonable limits. Pro is $25 a month or $250 a year, with a 14-day free trial. You keep ownership of everything you create. Cancel any time and your data is deletable on request.
