Frequently asked

I bought an unlock on one device. Does it work on my iPad too?

Yes, through the App Store. Sign in to the same Apple ID on your other device and your unlock will be restored automatically. If it does not appear, choose "Restore Purchases" inside the app settings.

How do I sync between my iPhone and iPad?

Turn on iCloud sync inside the app settings. Your data syncs through your private iCloud account. We never see it. iCloud sync is opt-in.

Where does my data live?

On your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, your private iCloud account also holds a copy so your devices stay in sync. Nothing goes to our servers.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles refunds for all App Store purchases. The fastest path is reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple denies a refund and you believe you deserve one, email us and we will look at it personally.

How do I update an app?

The App Store manages updates automatically. To trigger a manual check, open the App Store app, tap your profile, and pull to refresh.

System requirements?

BabyBlocks apps target iOS and iPadOS 17 or later. Specific minimums for each app are listed on its App Store page.

I want to delete my data.

Because BabyBlocks does not store data on our servers, there is no account to delete. Remove the app from your device. If you turned on iCloud sync, also clear the data through your iCloud settings.
