Native macOS Launching on the Mac App Store

App Store screenshots, made on your Mac.

Launching an app is already a lot. The screenshots should not be a second job. ScreenForge handles the design, the sizing, the device frames, and the translations, so you can get back to the actual app.

The problem

Launching an app is hard. Screenshots should not be a second job.

The usual dance: export from a simulator, paste into Figma, resize for every device, hunt for a gradient that does not look cheap, re-export for Google Play, then redo the whole thing for every social channel. An evening gone, and the design still feels like a template.

ScreenForge is the version of that workflow you would have built for yourself if you had the time, which you do not. So we built it.

What's inside

Built like a real tool, not a template.

Every feature here came from a moment of "why is this still a manual step?" during a real app launch. We picked them off one at a time.

Every device, one click

Every iPhone size, iPad, Mac, Watch, Vision Pro, Google Play, and every social platform worth posting on. Thirty-eight device sizes, each one rendered at full resolution.

A live canvas, no round-trips

Slide list on the left, preview in the middle, inspector on the right. Change a theme, tweak a line of copy, and every slide updates on the spot. Adobe-grade, minus the bloat.

52 themes that earned their spot

Gradients and backgrounds designed by someone with taste. Dark, light, colourful, minimal, nature, tech. A little noise and blur baked in so nothing looks flat.

Typography that behaves

Headline, subheadline, custom font sizes, alignment, pill backgrounds, shadow, outline. Punchy styles for hero shots. Quiet type for the slides that want quiet.

Real Apple colourways

Space black, silver, gold. Optional reflections. The screenshot sits in a real device frame, not a photoshopped bezel.

AI that earns its keep

Headline suggestions aimed at the App Store. Translation into 19+ languages. Competitor look: paste an App Store URL and see the visual moves the other side is making.

Brand kits and overlays

Save your team colours, logos, and fonts. Drop in badges, numbered circles, arrows, and watermarks where they matter. One tap applies the same kit across every slide.

Projects, undo, and real files

Save projects as proper files. Undo and redo. Reopen a launch from six months ago and make a variant in five minutes. No cloud, no lock-in, nothing held hostage.

The workflow

From raw screenshot to launch kit in minutes.

1

Bring them in

Drag in your simulator screenshots or grab them straight from a device. Drop them across slides in the order you want to tell the story.

2

Pick a theme

Choose from 52 gradient themes or design your own. Headlines come with suggestions, typography is already sensible, and every slide updates on the spot.

3

Polish

Add device frames, overlays, annotations. Translate to 19+ languages in one tap. Keep a brand kit consistent across the whole set.

4

Send it out

One click, one pack. Every App Store size, every social platform, every region. Straight to disk, or direct to App Store Connect on the Power Pack tier.

You will probably like it if

  • You put apps on the App Store and hate every hour you spend on screenshots.
  • You run launches and need a full set for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the socials in one sitting.
  • You want good design defaults, not a blank canvas and a prayer.
  • You want a real Mac app, not another tab in a browser.

You might want to skip it if

  • You want a general-purpose design tool for unrelated work.
  • You need Windows or Linux support today.
  • You would rather have a monthly subscription with cloud lock-in.

Questions worth answering

Is this a subscription?

No. Pro and Power Pack are both one-time purchases. Pay once, keep the app. No monthly bill, no cloud account, no files held hostage.

Where does my data live?

On your Mac. Project files, brand kits, API keys, screenshots. ScreenForge works offline and never uploads your designs unless you ask it to.

Do I need an AI key?

Only for the AI features. A demo mode lets you try them without a key. Headlines, translations, and competitor looks use your own API key when you are ready.

What sizes does it actually export?

Every App Store size (iPhone 6.9, 6.7, 6.5, 6.1, 5.5), iPad, Mac, Watch, Apple TV, Vision Pro, Google Play, and the full social set: Instagram, Twitter / X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and ProductHunt.

When is it coming to iPad or Windows?

The Mac App Store is step one. iPad is on the plan. Other platforms are being weighed up. Pay once today and the future major versions are included on the Power Pack tier.
